Further, having performed extensive construction and remodeling for properties they own themselves and for affiliates, MB’s principals are very conscious of the client’s bottom line cost concerns and can often offer design suggestions to achieve the client’s goals at minimum cost. Most of MB’s business is brought to the company by referral from those who have dealt with us in the past. MB has remodeled thousands of kitchens and baths, from the simplest budget remodeling to installation of new luxury gourmet kitchens and large spa like master bath suites. Marsha Erenberg
Marsha Erenberg has more than thirty years practical experience at Chicago construction and construction management projects. She has supervised the construction of shopping centers, office buildings and thousands of residential units throughout the Chicago metropolitan area. Erenberg has been awarded the Certified Property Manager Designation (CPM) by the Intsitute of Real estate Management of the National Association of Realtors. She earned a degree in Urban Dsign and Planning from Roosevelt University of Chicago, Illinois. Erenberg is a member of the Board of Directors of the Logan Square Chamber of Commerce.

Barry Kreisler
Barry Kreisler has been invovled in construction and renovation projects since 1972 and has supervised all forms of construction and renovation throughout the Chicago Metropolitan area. Kreisler has been awarded designation as a Certified Public Accountant and earned a degree in accounting from Northwestern University's Kellog School of Managment as well as law and MBA degrees from the University of Chicago.
